Here at Climblox we know you'll be in a rush for your products, so if you order before 2pm Monday-Friday we will aim to dispatch the same day (though this is not a guarantee). As we ship returns for free in the UK, we will be supporting the Royal mail, and our default post for under 2kg is 1st Class Recorded.
At Climblox we really don't like kit failing so; should you, for any reason, be unhappy with your purchase;
or if you decide that you do not wish to keep the goods; you should notify us within seven days of receiving
the goods. We will then issue a returns number.
If the goods are not faulty you will be required to return the goods at your own expense.
Once we have received the products in a saleable condition:
you will receive a full refund to the card on which you purchased plus the postage.
If products are not returned in this condition you may not get a full refund.
If by chance the goods are faulty or incorrectly shipped we will refund or exchange and cover the cost of the postage.
